Fusion files are stored in  Fusion hubs. Files that you send us are saved and backed-up in a secure Google Drive with industry-standard encryption.

A .step file is ideal for programming from. A pdf print (shop drawing) is also helpful if it’s available to inform the tolerances of a part. If you don’t have a print, you can have us make one for you as part of our “Shop Drawings” Service!

We prioritize email to ensure a clear paper trail for project specifications. You can expect a response within one business day. Please reach out to us via the form above.

Depending on the scope, we determine a client’s desired due date to aim for. Project timelines are often in the 1-2 week range.
